588wn Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 588wn platform — whether through the website at 588wn.pro, the mobile app, or any other authorised interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all users of 588wn regardless of how they access the platform. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance. If you are registering on behalf of yourself, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3, you must not use or attempt to use 588wn.

588wn may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to your registered address.

2Account Registration

To use 588wn, you must register for an account. Registration is free. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method. Providing false or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 588wn account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to access duplicate bonuses, circumvent restrictions or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited.
• Account ownership: Your account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access your account or use it on your behalf.
• Accurate information: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Outdated contact details may delay support responses or payment processing.
• Login credentials: You are responsible for the security of your username and password. 588wn is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security practices were not followed by the account holder.

3Eligibility

To register and use 588wn you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period, whether placed by yourself through 588wn's responsible gaming tools or through any applicable external process.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

588wn serves players in Pakistan. The platform operates in PKR and is designed for use by players accessing from within Pakistan. If you are accessing from a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 588wn accepts no liability in that regard.

4Deposits

Deposits to your 588wn account are made in PKR through the payment methods available in the cashier section. Currently supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and selected mobile wallets.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are shown in the cashier at the time of initiating a deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary — JazzCash and Easypaisa typically confirm within seconds; bank transfers may take longer depending on the initiating bank.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact 588wn support with your transaction reference from your payment provider. Do not initiate a chargeback before attempting to resolve the issue through support.

588wn does not charge fees for deposits. Fees charged by your payment provider are separate and are between you and that provider.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies regardless of the withdrawal amount.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If verification has not been completed prior to a withdrawal request, it will be required before the withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in the cashier. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement stated for that promotion cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times are shown in the cashier per payment method. 588wn processes withdrawal requests from its side within the timeframe stated — onward transfer times depend on the payment provider.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending additional verification in cases where the account or transaction requires further review. You will be notified if this occurs.

6Bonuses and Promotions

588wn offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposits bonuses, weekly reload offers, accumulator boosts, cricket and PSL specials and VIP cashback. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are shown at the time of opt-in. The general rules governing all promotions are as follows:

• Opt-in requirement: Most promotions require you to opt in before making the qualifying deposit or action. Deposits made before opting in to a promotion may not qualify.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credit carries a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The requirement for each promotion is stated on the offer.
• Validity periods: Bonuses expire if not used within the validity window stated for that offer. Expired bonus credit is removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Where multiple offers are available, only one promotion may be active at a time unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
• Misuse: Attempting to exploit promotions — including through duplicate accounts, collusive play, software assistance or manipulation of qualifying conditions — results in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per bet as stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on 588wn are subject to the rules applicable to that specific product — sports betting, slots, fish games or bingo. General principles that apply across all products are as follows:

• Once a bet is placed or a spin is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. The outcome is final once determined.
• For sports betting, settled odds and outcomes are based on the official result of the relevant event. In the event of an event being cancelled or abandoned, bets are settled in accordance with the specific sports betting rules applicable to that market.
• For slots and fish games, all outcomes are generated by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Results are determined at the point of play and are independent of previous results.
• For bingo, game results are generated by the platform's certified RNG. Ticket purchases are final once made.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per product and are shown before placing a bet or initiating a spin.

In cases of technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-spin or mid-match — the outcome is recorded at the server level. On reconnection, the resolved result will be reflected in your account. If you believe a result was not correctly resolved, contact support with the relevant game or bet details.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on 588wn and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Creating more than one account on 588wn.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment methods on your account.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions through methods not intended by the offer.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to launder funds through the 588wn platform.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits while retaining the associated funds or winnings.
• Harassment of 588wn staff or other platform users.

9Account Suspension and Closure

588wn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, or where there are reasonable grounds for investigation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Suspected duplicate accounts or identity fraud.
• Suspicious transaction activity or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to complete verification when requested.
• Breach of any prohibition listed in Section 8.

In cases of suspension for investigation, 588wn will aim to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where a suspension is found to have been issued in error, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance returned.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting 588wn support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

10Privacy and Data

588wn collects and processes personal data as required to operate your account, process payments, comply with applicable requirements and provide customer support. Full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the 588wn Privacy Policy.

By registering an account you consent to the data processing described in the Privacy Policy. You may review, update or request deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Requests are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11Responsible Gaming

588wn provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all account holders regardless of their activity level or VIP tier. Using them does not affect your account status or access to legitimate promotions.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Once set, the limit cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified amount of time playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your ability to deposit or play for a defined period. Your account remains accessible for viewing but not for new bets or spins.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for an extended period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the exclusion is applied across all platform sections.

12Disputes

If you have a concern or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, a bet outcome or any other platform activity, the process is as follows:

1. Contact 588wn customer support with a clear description of the issue, your account details and any relevant transaction or game reference numbers. Support is available 24/7.
2. Support will investigate the matter and provide an initial response. Complex disputes may require additional time for investigation — you will be kept informed of progress.
3. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through support, you may escalate by requesting a formal review. The formal review is conducted by a senior team member not involved in the initial investigation.
4. 588wn's determination following a formal review is final with respect to platform-level disputes.

Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered unless there are exceptional circumstances.

13Changes to These Terms

588wn may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is revised. For significant changes, you will be notified through the platform or by email to your registered address.

Continued use of 588wn after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform and close your account by contacting support. Your remaining eligible balance will be processed in the normal way.
